Welcome to the Valve World Expo up!date 04. Today we would like to remind you about the order deadlines for important services, for example Wi-Fi, containers and waste disposal. Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders received after 04 November 2016.

You will find all topics and dates that are essential to the planning of your trade fair participation here in up!date 04.

Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long wait times. The order deadline is 18 November 2016.

Waste / Disposal

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables every day after the trade fair closes.

Full Service: Suspension, Rigging and Media Technology

Transform your trade fair stand into a modern eye-catcher: floating trusses, spotlights or video technology are always attention-getters for any visitor. Please order any desired services no later than 28 October 2016 online. And make it easy on yourself with our full-service package, which gives you everything from the hall ceiling to your stand from a single source.

WiFi

Put your money on strong, reliable signal strength: order individual WiFi access for your trade fair stand, complete with a unique SSID and access code. If you would like to operate your own private WiFi, please fill out an application, so that we may ascertain whether your WiFi components are approved for use in our frequency range. You will find everything you need to know about using WiFi during German trade fairs here.

Security

Here’s how to be ideally prepared for any risk: with accident and liability insurance for your employees, and exhibition insurance for your stand and exhibits. Hedge your bets in the night hours as well – get technical coverage for your stand, or have it monitored by security guards.

Fire Extinguisher

Please remember that the fire code requires that each stand have a fire extinguisher, even during construction. There are many great advantages to renting your fire extinguisher: the unit comes serviced and tested, so you can be sure that it will be ready for use.

Traffic Regulation including Environmental Zone

This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.
